Maybe all of the people who have been to Starbucks know how genuine and friendly the staff is, every barista trained well so that every customer gets their experience while buying a cup of coffee. Starbucks isn’t just a coffee, but they are also a global brand that selling experience, they conduct with customers explaining and promoting their coffee beans while doing the conduct.

In that picture the barista is doing “conduct coffee” with customers with a genuine smile and genuine explanation about what type of beans the barista brings to them. Also the barista commonly brings merchandise or some of their pastries while doing conduct, to persuade customers to buy their pastries or merchandise. This also help Starbucks brand grow and let people know that Starbucks has the most friendly and genuine barista.

Some other experience that customers don’t get in other coffee shops is something like this, again Starbucks isn’t only selling products but also what makes customers happy is also their key selling point. From young to old people, Starbucks wishes to make a ‘second home’ for everyone and everyone is welcome in this coffee shop. Customers can doing their work, while having their daily dose of coffee in Starbucks.

On a daily basis Starbucks makes sure every customer gets their coffee right and tastes like how it’s supposed to be. The barista will come to the customer’s table and ask them genuinely how their drink was, if it tastes good or if there’s something missing in their drink. Then the barista will ask the customer to take a picture with them. All of those experiences above was to help Starbucks brand grow more and more, being the number me global brand.
